We ask contractors to trust us with their lead flow, so here’s how we treat yours — in plain English, not lawyer fog.
EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 2026 · CONTRACTOR HEROES
When you fill out a form on this site or one of our ads, we collect exactly what you type: your name, phone number, trade, and city. If you call or text us, we keep the number you called from and notes from the conversation. Our website also uses basic analytics (pages visited, rough location, device type) so we can see what’s working.
One reason: to call you back and talk about filling your calendar. That’s it. We use your trade and city to make that call useful instead of generic.
We will never sell your information. We will never share your number with other marketers, “partner networks,” or lead resellers. Leads that come through our machine belong to the contractor they came in for — the same rule protects you here.
If you give us your number, we’ll call you back — usually in minutes — and may follow up by phone or text about your request. Reply STOP to any text and we stop. Ask us on any call to be removed and we remove you. No drip campaigns you never asked for. Standard message and data rates may apply.
A small set of tools we use to run the business: our phone and scheduling system, our website host, and our analytics. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job. We don’t maintain shadow lists anywhere else.
Want to see what we have on you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email reid@contractorheroes.org or call (305) 413-8729 and we’ll handle it within a few business days — no forms, no runaround.
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. We won’t quietly loosen anything that affects your number or your name.
